At Strong Start (Strong Start Test LLC), we respect your privacy and provide you with control over your personal data. This page explains how you can delete your account and associated data.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Strong Start account and all associated data, please contact us at help@studioselfhost.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

In your email, please include:

  • Your registered email address
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
  • Any specific apps or data you'd like to address

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete the following data:

  • Account Information: Your user profile, email address, name, and authentication credentials
  • App Data: For each app you're enrolled in:
    • All blocks, stories, and activities you've completed
    • All measurement recordings and custom measurements
    • All conversations and chat history
    • HealthKit data (if applicable)
    • Memory items and personal notes
    • Notifications and preferences
  • Created Content: Any apps you've created as a creator
  • Subscriptions: Your active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • User Content: Images, videos, recordings, and other content you've submitted

Data Retention

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction Records: Financial transaction records may be retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by law
  • Legal Compliance: Information may be retained if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
  • Aggregated Data: We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you

Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary for these purposes and will not be used for any other purpose.

Partial Data Deletion

You can also request deletion of specific data without deleting your entire account. For example:

  • Delete data from a specific app while keeping your account
  • Remove specific content or submissions
  • Cancel a subscription and delete associated app data

Important Notes

  • Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you want to proceed before requesting deletion.
  • Subscriptions: Cancelling your account will cancel any active subscriptions. Refunds may be available depending on your subscription terms.
  • Verification: We will verify your identity before processing deletion requests to protect your account security.
  • Processing Time: Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of verification.
